The Terrorists's have blown a hole and infiltrated the 'warehouse' looking for government documents. Just before the workers were shot, they hit the alarm and the Counter Terrorists's were contacted by locals hearing noises coming from the warehouse. The Counter Terrorists's drive in by APC's and proceed by foot.
